Shipping

Orders are billed when shipped. Tidy Trax does not bill customers for items that are backordered. If an order has been cancelled due to item availability, your account will not be charged.
Orders are shipped by the same day if ordered before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be ship Monday mornings. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped, you will be notified.
